Introducing the Nole Team: Debasish

Dear Family,

In our Endeavour to become the most trusted and reliable project within the TRON ecosystem, we are launching another initiative called ‘Introducing the Nole Team’. In a series of articles we will introduce all our team members so that you get to know them better; a critical first step towards building trust and transparency. In the first article of this series, I would love to introduce our Team member: Mr. Debasish Das who goes by the nickname ‘Deba’.
Deba is from India, an engineering graduate and holds a post-graduate degree in management. Having spent more than a decade in the financial sector, working for one of the biggest MNC banking groups in the country he decided to pursue the path of entrepreneurship to achieve greater freedom and success in life. Currently, he has business in e-commerce, insurance, and consultancy. As an avid blockchain and cryptocurrency enthusiast, he believes in investing in the future of technology and feels this is going to make the world a single marketplace and also give the power from centralized banks and governments back to the people.
We first met on telegram way back in 2017 and since then Deba has been an integral part of the project. What I liked during our initial interactions was the professional approach, clarity of thoughts and long term thinking ability of Deba. It was then just a matter of time when this professional relationship turned into great friendship. Today we spend hours every week talking on chat, phone, and zoom discussing life in general and project Nole in particular.
Deba being very analytical and having business experience has been part of the ‘strategic think tank’ of the project and has worked tirelessly to contribute towards the project standing on its 2 feet now. He was the one i executed the idea of the VIP group with which today happens to be a powerful community in the world of Nole. I still remember the days we spent shaping up the offering, designing the goodie bag and thinking of ideas on how to add value to the members of the VIP group.

With his love for numbers and financial acumen Deba was the one who created the dividend grid which we use nowadays and does the backend calculations for the payouts. It was again his idea which lead to changing the dividend payout cycle from monthly to weekly frequency. He is a firm believer of inclusive growth because of which we came up with the idea of making VIPs and Community helpers ‘Co-owners of Project Nole’ and thus creating residual income opportunities for all our VIPs. Today all VIPs are entitled to a profit share of every project executed within the Nole eco-system. He is the one who also manages the reward calculations for our promos and monthly VIP bounties. He was also instrumental in setting up our merchandise vertical which I feel would evolve organically as the project grows.
Another interesting thing I would like to mention here that Deba first met our Developer Hesam on the Tron platform and introduced him to me which eventually lead to the creation of NoleLegends and NoleX( More on this story when we introduce Mr. Hesam).

Deba is also a passionate author and has contributed several articles articulating the vision, plans, projections, updates, announcements, etc for project nole. He was also awarded as the best author in one of TWJ competitions:

Deba’s passion is traveling and has plans to use the gains from cryptocurrency to fast track ticking his bucket list of traveling 100 countries. We wish him all the success in life and to this great lifetime association with Project Nole.
